MD Anesthesiologist — Office-Based Pediatric Dental Multiple openings across Oregon & Washington | Exceptional Flexibility | Real Work–Life Balance

Oregon: Eugene · Lake Oswego · Medford · Portland · Roseburg · Salem · Springfield Washington: Federal Way · Pasco · Puyallup

At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW), we deliver high-quality, office-based anesthesia across pediatric dental offices throughout the Pacific Northwest — and we're hiring across all of our markets.

We're seeking an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable practicing in office-based pediatric dental settings. Our patients are healthy pediatric dental patients (primarily ASA I), with efficient cases and short sedation and recovery times. No complex pediatric cases — just thoughtful, well-run care in a calm environment.

Why This Role Stands Out

Many of our dental offices start early and finish early, with days often wrapping up by 1–2 PM. That means more time for family, personal commitments, outdoor adventures, or simply enjoying where you live. We're open to building a schedule that works for you.

A Practice That's Growing

Our work today is 100% pediatric dental — but we're a growing business, expanding into adult dental, GI, and ENT. That means real opportunity to broaden your scope and grow alongside the practice, not just fill shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia
• Healthy, low-acuity pediatric patients
• Efficient, predictable workflows
• One location per day
• Support from experienced clinical and operational teams

This model is built to support excellent clinical care without burnout.

Why Physicians Choose AAC-PNW

• Office-based, ambulatory-only anesthesia
• Low-stress, efficient pediatric dental cases
• Strong clinical and operational support
• A growing practice with room to evolve into adult dental, GI, and ENT

Who This Is Ideal For

• MD Anesthesiologist (pediatric fellowship not required)
• Comfortable caring for pediatric dental patients
• Active Oregon and/or Washington license, or willingness to obtain
• Enjoys autonomy and flexible scheduling
• Values quality of life alongside meaningful clinical work
• Interested in growing with a practice — not just filling shifts

More Than a Job — A Better Way to Practice

If you're looking to be more than a number, more connected to your work, and part of a model that truly prioritizes both excellent medicine and real-life balance, AAC-PNW may be your next professional home.
