- Contribute to the development and documentation of AI best practices for the Website Services team
Client Communication & Ticket Leadership:

- Provide clear, solution-oriented communication to clients and collaborate with Account Managers as needed
- Proactively document and share successful solutions to recurring issues in internal knowledge bases
- Mentor junior associates on ticket handling, communication tone, and formatting standards
SEO, Analytics & Optimization:
- Apply on-page SEO best practices, including proper header structures, image optimization, internal linking, and meta formatting
- Configure and troubleshoot Google Analytics (GA/GA4) integrations and tag manager setups
- Use AI-assisted dashboards and heatmap tools to analyze user experience and propose content or layout improvements
