Siili Solutions
ApplyWE MAKE AI REAL
Siili is at the forefront of AI-powered digital development. Here, AI isn’t just a buzzword – it’s embedded in how we design, build, and scale solutions together with our clients.
We are implementing our AI-centric strategy by focusing on three key areas:
Staying on the cutting edge of technical innovation – from Generative AI and agentic systems to scalable AI platforms – while continuously developing our competencies.
Transforming how software is built, reinventing value chains and commercial models through AI-assisted and AI-native development.
Strengthening our ability to envision impactful and ethical AI solutions, ensuring that technology delivers measurable business value and is used responsibly.
At Siili, we bring humans, data, and AI together in meaningful ways. We help our customers turn ambitious ideas into production-ready AI solutions that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with real business goals. Our work spans from enterprise-grade AI platforms and MLOps foundations to LLM-powered applications embedded into core processes.
While we are technology-agnostic, our everyday tools include Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern AI platforms and frameworks.
What will you do as an AI Forward Deployed Engineer at Siili?
As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you work at the intersection of AI engineering, software development, and customer collaboration. Your mission is to turn promising AI pilots and use cases into production-ready solutions that create business value.
You will work closely with 1–2 strategic customer accounts at a time, taking end-to-end ownership from pilot to production. Working hands-on within customer environments, you design, build, evaluate, and deploy LLM and agentic solutions together with client teams and other Siili consultants.
This is not a traditional advisory or architecture-only role. You stay close to the code while helping customers navigate evolving requirements, make technical decisions, and build AI solutions that meet enterprise needs around data, integrations, governance, security, and compliance. You will also contribute to pre-sales and help turn successful delivery approaches into reusable patterns across Siili.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced AI and software engineering professional who combines strong hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing skills and end-to-end ownership.
We hope you recognize yourself in most of these:
5+ years of experience building and shipping AI/ML-based systems into production, with strong recent experience in LLM-based solutions and a focus on delivering real customer value.
5+ years of AI or ML Engineering, or a similar background in full-stack engineering
Strong understanding of LLM and agentic systems, including their architecture, frameworks, evaluation, and production deployment.
Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions, including the infrastructure, integrations, and technical architecture beyond the application code.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern AI services.
Understanding of enterprise requirements such as data quality, integrations, governance, security, and compliance.
Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to take ownership in complex customer situations, navigate ambiguity, and turn business needs into concrete solutions.
Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English. Finnish or another Nordic language is considered an advantage.
