AI Associate

About the Role

At Alumni Ventures, we're building an AI-first organization. As an AI Associate, you'll help shape how teams across the company leverage AI to work smarter, move faster, and solve meaningful business challenges.

The AI Associate role is designed for a resourceful, tech-forward individual who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, strategy, and artificial intelligence.

AI Associates work closely with leaders and teams across the company, applying advanced AI tools to reimagine workflows, support decision-making, and accelerate execution. The scope of work is dynamic—spanning projects in operations, people, finance, legal, investments, and beyond. You'll play a critical role in designing, piloting, and scaling AI-driven solutions that transform how our teams work and accelerate the way we operate as a company.

This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the organization while developing deep expertise in the practical application of generative AI in a professional environment.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.

Our Culture & How We Work at AV
Regardless of title, this is what great looks like at AV.

• Put team and stakeholders first. We win together and measure success by the value we create for our investors, founders, and each other.
• Take extreme ownership and bias toward action. We act like owners, move with urgency, and follow through.
• Debate rigorously and commit fully. We welcome diverse views, use data and sound judgment, and once aligned, execute as one team.
• Focus on what matters most. We prioritize impact, simplify where possible, and channel energy where we have a real advantage.
• Be AI-forward and tech-optimistic. We actively use AI and emerging technologies to work smarter, make better decisions, and amplify human judgment — not replace it.
• Stay curious and think big. We are continuous learners, aim high and build for long-term impact.
