ApplyInetum is a European leader supporting organizations as they navigate continuous technological change.
With deep industry expertise, a strong innovation culture, and a scalable international model, we help clients transform their operations and generate sustainable impact across business and society.
Guided by European values, we empower local businesses to create positive impact and unlock society’s full potential. This vision drives us to deliver on our promises, attract the best talent, and turn uncertainty into opportunity, building a future where technology unleashes the possibilities within us all.
Software engineering is being fundamentally redefined.
Artificial Intelligence is no longer a supporting tool that helps developers write code faster. It is becoming an active participant in how software is designed, built, tested, secured, modernized, deployed and operated.
Organizations that succeed in the coming years will not simply adopt AI tools. They will transform how software delivery works by combining human expertise, intelligent agents, automation and modern engineering practices into a new operating model.
At Inetum Belgium, we are building that future through our Agentic Software Delivery Factory.
We envision an environment where architects, engineers, AI agents and delivery teams collaborate to accelerate innovation, improve quality, increase predictability and create greater business value. Beyond transforming software delivery, we help organizations design and build the next generation of Agentic and AI-infused applications, combining intelligent agents, enterprise data and modern cloud platforms to deliver adaptive and business-aware solutions.
To help shape this transformation, the Cloud & Application Unit within our Technology Division is looking for an Agentic Software Delivery Architect.
This is not a traditional architecture role.
This is a leadership role focused on defining, implementing and scaling AI-enabled software delivery, while architecting the next generation of Agentic and AI-infused applications that combine human expertise, intelligent agents, enterprise data and modern cloud services.
You will help customers and teams navigate one of the biggest technology shifts of our generation and define what software engineering looks like in the age of Agentic AI.
Your Mission
As an Agentic Software Delivery Architect, your primary mission is to accelerate the adoption of AI-native software engineering and help organizations evolve towards next-generation delivery models.
You will help organizations evolve their software and solution delivery capabilities across the spectrum of AI-assisted, AI-augmented and AI-native engineering, enabling teams to leverage AI as a true force multiplier throughout the software development lifecycle.
You will act as a bridge between business strategy, engineering excellence, AI innovation and delivery transformation.
You will help define how AI agents, engineering platforms, automation capabilities and human expertise work together throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
While architecture remains an important part of the role, your impact will be measured by your ability to transform software delivery, drive adoption and create tangible business outcomes through AI-enabled engineering.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You lead by example, working alongside delivery teams, architects and engineers to validate emerging practices, experiment with new AI capabilities and turn innovation into scalable delivery outcomes. You operate at the frontline of AI innovation, continuously exploring how Agentic AI can reshape the way software is designed, built, tested and operated.
You will not simply design solutions.
You will design the future of software delivery itself.
