Our Mission and Vision

At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders — the ones shaping the digital economy — with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world.

We believe the future of payments is shaped by people who think big, take ownership, and bring curiosity and drive to everything they do. That’s exactly the kind of teammates we want on board.

We’re building the #1 payment orchestrator in the world — and the names behind us prove it. Clients include Bolt, Ajax, Nova Post, MEGOGO. Trusted by giants like J.P. Morgan. Ranked #2 in the “Employer of the Year 2026” award by Forbes Ukraine.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Administrative Manager who will make Solidgate’s work environments run like a product: fast, intentional, frictionless — and energizing for people to be in.

You’ll own operations across our hubs in Podil (Kyiv HQ), Lviv, Warsaw, and Nicosia — keeping them sharp, functional, lively, and built for high-performance teams. We’re more than 300 bright minds scaling globally — and the workplace experience is a core part of how we win.

You’ll run vendor management, office processes, smart supplies, travel & logistics, and coordinate events that actually connect people — not checkbox events. This role is for someone who cares about details, speed, cleanliness of execution, and culture signals — because the environment we create is part of our product.

Manage and optimize office operations across multiple global locations
Own business travel end-to-end — from itineraries to partner gifts, every detail covered

You’re a great fit if you have

Structured, proactive mindset with a solutions-first approach
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments

English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
