Accounting Manager

About Tixr

Tixr's on a mission to transform the ticket buying experience with a modern approach to a legacy business. Born from a fan-focused frame of mind, we empower large-scale events, music venues, and sports properties with modern, innovative solutions to their highly-complex ticketing and e-commerce needs. Our unified commerce platform is built for big, supporting all types of events, from festivals to global arena tours, and an almost limitless suite of commerce offerings beyond admission tickets.

The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Accounting Manager who operates like a systems builder and finance leader—someone who thrives in the details but consistently steps back to design processes, strengthen controls, and scale infrastructure.

This is not a “manage the close and maintain status quo” role. You’ll lead core accounting and reporting, drive operational excellence, and help architect a finance function built for growth. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable.

You will be expected to elevate how accounting operates—not just execute within it. If you see broken processes and instinctively move to redesign them, this role is for you.
