The job

As a Senior Account Manager for Spain & Portugal, you’ll grow our Operations & Optimization portfolio across Iberia by expanding strategic existing accounts and winning new customers in a highly competitive market. You’ll build trusted, C-level relationships, uncover business-critical needs, and translate them into value-led software solutions that deliver measurable operational impact. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and to sell on business value/ROI.
Strong industrial market understanding (operations-focused environments) with the ability to speak credibly with technical and business audiences.
Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong advantage).

Desired skills (aligned to AVEVA values: Impact, Aspiration, Curiosity, Trust)

Impact: Highly outcomes-driven seller; able to quantify value, build business cases, and consistently deliver against quota.
Aspiration: Self-starter with high standards; continuously improves territory strategy, messaging and execution.
