Account Manager (Remote - Europe Based)

Arionkoder is a fast-scaling AI consulting firm with a simple but ambitious mission: to create better futures for humanity, one customer, one engagement at a time — with extreme customer centricity.

We solve real business problems through AI-driven solutions, and we measure our success by our clients' success. We push the possible, we're thorough to the last detail, and we earn trust by showing up as genuine partners - not just vendors.

Our customers range from start-ups to global brands, and we're proud of the relationships we build as much as the work we deliver.

You’ll join our growing Growth team at Arionkoder. As an ambitious group, we're on a mission to continue the rapid growth we've seen over the last three years, with clear revenue and satisfaction targets. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions matter and your ideas are valued.

The Role

A Tribe Lead at Arionkoder is not only an account manager. You are a client advocate inside AK - your job is to help clients succeed in their career, their goals, and their businesses, while making our business grow alongside theirs.

You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts and be responsible for taking them through  AK's relationship system, designed to turn great individual client relationships into a company-owned competitive advantage. From building deep Customer Intelligence Profiles to activating referrals and leading joint business reviews, you will be the person who makes farming permanent and predictable.

This is one of the most strategically important roles in the company. The right candidate thinks like an owner, acts like a partner, and earns trust from clients and internal teams alike. You have client empathy, technical context, and a growth mindset. You thrive with autonomy, move with urgency, and take full accountability for the health and growth of your portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic Arionkoder accounts and drive their sustained growth, retention, and expansion
• Build and continuously update a Customer Intelligence Profile (CIP) for each account, capturing the intelligence needed to anticipate needs, surface expansion signals, and activate referrals
• Move accounts through our phases: from early relationship stabilization through to full co-ownership - with intentionality and discipline
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, grounded in genuine partnership and long-term thinking
• Act as the voice of the customer internally - surface their feedback, advocate for their needs, and influence how AK evolves its offerings and delivery
• Work in close alignment with the Account Delivery Manager, who owns delivery -  you own the relationship, together you own the outcome
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions that reflect real knowledge of the client's business, not just contract status
• Identify and activate referral opportunities from within your portfolio.
• Monitor account health proactively and address risks before they surface as issues
• Use and maintain HubSpot for portfolio management, CIP tracking, and reporting

Who Are You

• You have experience with B2B account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships in technology, AI services, digital product development, or enterprise solutions.
• The three non-negotiables: client empathy, technical context, and a growth mindset
• Technical Knowledge: Intermediate technical knowledge, with the ability to understand and differentiate between technical profiles and the tools and libraries each one typically works with. Up to date with AI trends and able to leverage AI tools to explore and improve processes.
• Experience managing complex client accounts with $2M+ annual spend
• Proven track record of growing accounts organically through trust, consistent value delivery, and strategic thinking
• Comfortable building relationships with executives and technical stakeholders across diverse industries
• You can be autonomous while working on a team - you manage your own portfolio with structure, discipline, and initiative
• Excellent communicator in English
• Analytical and data-driven: you use metrics to prioritize effort, spot expansion signals, and demonstrate impact
• Deeply collaborative - you work hand in hand with the Growth team, ADM and the innovation teams to maximize outcomes for every client
• Resilient, accountable, and energized by owning a portfolio end-to-end
