Account Manager – MSP / Technology Services

We believe the best client relationships are built to last. If you're someone who thrives on variety (our clients span everything from manufacturing to distilling bourbon to education), loves learning about new technologies, and wants to build your career alongside a company that's growing and evolving, we'd love to talk.

You'll get a front-row seat to how diverse mid-sized businesses operate, while helping shape both their success and ours. We're building something special here, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that story.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the relationship for your assigned clients. Your job is to understand their business, stay connected, and spot opportunities where we can help — whether that’s supporting growth, reducing risk, or solving pain points.

You don’t need to know how to design a network or migrate a server — you’ll be paired with smart technical teammates who can help with that. You just need to be curious, proactive, organized, and great with people.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Learn about their goals, industry, and operations
• Spot opportunities for additional support or services, and bring in technical experts as needed
• Lead regular check-ins and schedule QBRs
• Keep client info up to date in our CRM (notes, contacts, opportunities)
• Collaborate with our technical team to ensure smooth service and happy clients

What You Bring

• 3+ years in account management, client success, or B2B relationship roles
• Experience working with SMBs (any industry — IT, marketing, consulting, etc.)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Business acumen — able to connect client goals and challenges with relevant service opportunities

• Organized, dependable, and proactive with follow-up
• Comfortable using CRM and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc.)
• Bonus: familiarity with IT, MSPs, or professional services

What Success Looks Like

• Clients know you, trust you, and call you when they need something
• You’re consistently uncovering ways we can help
• Your accounts grow, renew, and refer others
• Internal teams love working with you because you keep things moving

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid time off and holidays
• Training and career development support
• Great team culture where people are known, heard, and appreciated
