ApplyWe are the people who give possibilities purpose
BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

Help hospitals transform medication management through BD Pyxis automated dispensing technology.
At BD, possibility isn’t an idea. It’s what we do. We are the Makers of Possible.
Through our Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business, BD helps hospitals improve medication safety, streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency through innovative medication management technology.
As an Account Manager - Pyxis, you'll drive the continued growth of BD Pyxis across NSW and ACT, partnering with public and private hospitals to deliver solutions that improve how medications are stored, managed and administered.
This is not a transactional sales role.
You'll be managing complex capital opportunities that often involve software, workflow redesign, change management and multi-year sales cycles. Success comes from understanding customer challenges, building compelling business cases and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
You'll engage a broad range of stakeholders including Pharmacy teams, Clinical Product Advisors (CPAs), Nursing leadership, Biomedical Engineering, IT, Procurement and Executive decision-makers.
If you enjoy solving operational challenges, influencing hospital decision-making and seeing large-scale projects through from concept to implementation, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
You'll grow BD's Pyxis footprint across NSW/ACT by owning the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to implementation.
You will:
This is a role where your ability to combine strategic selling, stakeholder engagement and business acumen will directly influence outcomes.
You're a commercially driven sales professional who understands how to build relationships, influence decision-makers and manage complex healthcare sales opportunities.
Ideally, you'll bring previous capital equipment sales experience and understand how hospitals evaluate, fund and procure technology investments. You know how to navigate lengthy decision-making processes, build compelling business cases and maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders.
You'll bring:
BD is one of the world’s largest medical technology companies, but we’ve never lost our human touch.
With over 70,000 associates worldwide, we’re committed to your development. Here in ANZ, a high % of our roles are filled internally - we don’t just promise development, we deliver it.
You’ll join a high‑performing MMS team that values curiosity, collaboration and commercial excellence - and you’ll have real opportunities to grow across the business.
Because at BD, possibility isn’t just imagined - it’s made.
If you're ready to take ownership of strategic hospital technology opportunities and help transform medication management across NSW/ACT, apply today and join BD as a Maker of Possible.
To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do. We welcome people with the imagination and drive to help us reinvent the future of healthcare. At BD, you’ll discover a culture in which you can learn, grow and thrive.
We believe that when people connect in person, we learn faster, collaborate more deeply, and build a stronger culture. Join us and enjoy a culture where face-to-face collaboration supports your learning, your progress, and your success.
