Access UK Ltd
ApplyWe’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.
Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.
What does Access offer you?
We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.
On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
About you:
You enjoy building something from the ground up and take pride in creating your own pipeline. You’re confident reaching out to new prospects and starting conversations, and you’re motivated by turning opportunity into results. You’re comfortable working with warehouse, logistics or supply chain customers — or you’re keen to quickly build knowledge in a technical space. Above all, you’re someone who stays organised, qualified opportunities well, and keeps momentum through the full sales journey.
Day-to-day, you will:
Build your own pipeline through outbound activity — including cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns and attending events.
Manage the full sales cycle, from first conversation through discovery, product demonstration, proposal and close.
Run structured discovery to understand customer challenges, how their warehouse operates and what matters to each stakeholder.
Keep your pipeline up to date in CRM (customer relationship management software) and provide clear, reliable forecasts.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Experience selling warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, or similar operational tools.
Familiarity with structured sales qualification approaches such as MEDDPIC (a framework for assessing deal strength).
Confidence tailoring product demonstrations to customer needs and connecting features to real-life outcomes.
Experience working with internal teams like pre-sales, product or implementation to shape solutions that work in practice.
