We are trusted by Intel Corporation, Canva, the United States Department of Defense, the United States Air Force, ASICS, and hundreds of global Enterprises. Backed by Sequoia, Intel Capital, and Redpoint, we’re building a category-defining company in a $50B+ global translation market being redefined by AI.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Development Representative (ADR) to help make that happen.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career (around 6–18 months of SDR experience) who is naturally competitive, curious, and comfortable using AI tools to work smarter. It’s a role for someone who enjoys figuring things out, experimenting, and improving their craft.

You’ll work closely with two experienced Enterprise Account Executives, partnering with them to break into strategic accounts and create meaningful opportunities.

Our philosophy is “strategic at scale.” That means thoughtful targeting, smart messaging, and creative outreach, not generic mass prospecting.

If you enjoy solving problems, testing new ideas and getting better every week, you’ll likely thrive here.

If you’re looking for a rigid playbook and constant direction, this probably isn’t the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Opening doors into strategic accounts

Your focus will be connecting with senior leaders at global companies - the people responsible for Marketing, AI, digital experience, localization and global content. Your goal is simple: create conversations that matter and convert.

Running thoughtful, multi-channel outreach

Executives don’t respond to generic outreach anymore. You’ll combine phone, LinkedIn, email, and signal-based triggers to reach people in ways that actually get attention.

Operating “strategic at scale”

You’ll balance smart automation with real personalization. Using research, signals, and AI tools, you’ll make sure outreach is relevant and well-timed rather than just high volume.

Working closely with experienced AEs

You’ll partner directly with two senior Account Executives to research accounts, plan entry strategies, and craft messaging that resonates.

Constantly improving your approach

Outbound is part art, part science. You’ll test ideas, review results, and refine your strategy to improve engagement and meeting quality over time.

Coaching & Development

We take development seriously.

You’ll receive regular, hands-on coaching from your manager, including:

• Weekly coaching sessions on outreach strategy

• Reviews of messaging and calls

• Account planning with your AEs

• Ongoing feedback on what’s working and what can improve

• A team who lead by example and coach each other daily

The goal is simple: help you become exceptional at enterprise prospecting. We invest heavily in helping our team grow and sharpen their skills.

The Tools You’ll Use

Modern outbound requires modern tools. You’ll work with a stack that includes:

• Claude - AI-assisted research and message development

• Amplemarket - signal-based outbound and orchestration

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator - account mapping and prospect research

• Trellus.ai - AI-powered call intelligence and coaching

We expect our team to be comfortable using AI to move faster and work smarter.

Who Tends to Do Well Here

This role works best for someone who is naturally driven and enjoys a challenge.

You’ll likely thrive here if you are:

• Competitive by nature
You enjoy performance environments and measuring yourself against clear goals.

• Curious about how businesses work
You like understanding industries, companies, and people.

• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools
You’re open to using new technology to improve how you work.

• Self-directed
You don’t need constant instructions — you take initiative and figure things out.

• Resilient
You expect rejection and keep moving forward anyway.

People with competitive sports backgrounds often do especially well in this role because of the discipline, persistence, and performance mindset it requires.

Requirements

• 6–18 months experience in a quota-carrying SDR or BDR role, ideally in SaaS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence engaging senior executives

• Experience running multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)

• Strong research skills and attention to detail

• Authorization to work in the United States

What You’ll Get

• Mentorship from experienced enterprise sellers
You’ll work closely with AEs who have deep experience selling complex solutions.

• Dedicated coaching and leadership support
Regular feedback and guidance from your manager to help you improve quickly.

• A modern sales environment
We invest heavily in tools and AI that help our team operate at a high level.

• Investment in your growth and development
We care about building great sales professionals and will actively support your development.

• Real impact
The conversations you create directly contribute to the company’s growth.

This Role Is Probably a Good Fit If

• You want to get really good at enterprise prospecting

• You enjoy solving challenging outbound problems

• You like experimenting with creative outreach

• You want to work alongside experienced sellers and learn quickly

It’s probably not the right role if:

• You prefer scripts and rigid playbooks

• You’re uncomfortable with cold outreach

• You want someone to tell you exactly what to do every day

If you’re competitive, curious, and excited about mastering enterprise outbound, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Story

Our founders, Spence and John met at Google working on Google Translate. As researchers at Stanford and Berkeley, they both worked on language technology to make information accessible to everyone. While together at Google, they were amazed to learn that Google Translate wasn’t used for enterprise products and services inside the company. The quality just wasn’t there. So they set out to build something better. LILT was born.

LILT has been a machine learning company since its founding in 2015. At the time, machine translation didn’t meet the quality standard for enterprise translations, so LILT assembled a cutting-edge research team tasked with closing that gap. While meeting customer demand for translation services, LILT has prioritized investments in Large Language Models, human-in-the-loop systems, and now agentic AI.

With AI innovation accelerating and enterprise demand growing, the next phase of LILT’s journey is just beginning.

Our Tech

What sets our platform apart:

• Brand-aware AI that learns your voice, tone, and terminology to ensure every translation is accurate and consistent

• Agentic AI workflows that automate the entire translation process from content ingestion to quality review to publishing

• 100+ native integrations with systems like Adobe Experience Manager, Webflow, Salesforce, GitHub, and Google Drive to simplify content translation

• Human-in-the-loop reviews via our global network of professional linguists, for high-impact content that requires expert review
