About Us:
The way people buy software is changing. We’re creating what comes next.
Consensus is the world’s most trusted demo platform for B2B sales and marketing teams, rated #1 in Demo Automation on G2. We’re rethinking the demo experience from the first interaction to the live conversation.
Consensus connects every demo experience, from interactive product tours and videos to AI demo agents and live demos with real-time data, into one continuous buying experience. Every interaction creates demo intelligence that helps teams understand what buyers explored, what they cared about, and what they need next. The result? More context, less friction, faster sales cycles, higher conversions, and more capacity for sales and presales teams.
At Consensus, we’re not just another SaaS company. We’re a dynamic team on a mission to change how buyers buy. Your unique perspective isn’t just welcomed; it’s essential. We want people who bring curiosity, challenge the status quo, and are excited to have a real hand in shaping what comes next.
Our values aren’t just words on a wall. They show up in how we work, how we collaborate, and how we make decisions. We want you to show up ready to contribute and grow. Perfection isn’t the goal. It’s about putting your name on a version one, learning from it, and making it better.
If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help shape the future of B2B buying, we want you on our team.

The Team:
Our marketing team brings together sharp strategists, creative thinkers, and strong storytellers who care deeply about the work we put into the world. We’re thoughtful about our craft, serious about making an impact, and always looking for a smarter way to solve a problem. We work hard, challenge each other, and have fun along the way. If you’re curious, clever, and want to do work you’re proud to put your name on, you’ll fit right in.
About the Role:
Our biggest deals aren't won by casting a wider net. They're won by getting deep inside a small number of accounts and reaching the whole buying group.
We're looking for a Manager of Account Based Marketing to build that motion from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll own the target account program end to end: from how accounts are selected and tiered, what plays we run against them, how buying groups get multi-threaded, and what Sales does the moment an account lights up.
This is a hands-on role with an unusual advantage: our own product is the best ABM tool we have. Personalized demo experiences, interactive tours, and the demo intelligence they generate let you reach an account with something genuinely useful and then see exactly who engaged and what they cared about. You'll be the person who turns that into pipeline.
What You'll Do:
- Build and run the ABM program: account tiering, 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays, and the operating rhythm that keeps Sales and Marketing working the same list.
- Own target account selection with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps, for both new logo and expansion. Defend the list with data, and refresh it on a cadence.
- Design account plays built around our own product: personalized demo experiences, personalized URLs, and tailored product content as the centerpiece rather than another email.
- Orchestrate multi-threading into buying groups. Identify the stakeholders we're missing and run the plays that surface them. Work closely with Product Marketing on key personas and how to win them.
- Turn signals into action. Combine intent, product engagement, and web de-anonymization into a prioritized, specific next step for SDRs and AEs.
- Partner with SDR, AE & RevOps leadership on shared account plans, follow-up SLAs, and the feedback loop that tells us which plays actually work.
- Support expansion plays into the installed base with Customer Success and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Work with Brand, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to personalize messaging by account, industry, and persona without rebuilding everything from scratch each time.
- Own the ABM stack in partnership with RevOps, keep it clean, adopted, and worth what we pay for it.
- Report clearly on account engagement, meetings, pipeline, and win rate, and be honest about which tiers are paying off.
What You'll Be Measured On
- Engaged accounts in Tier 1 and Tier 2 & depth of engagement, not just reach
- Meetings and opportunities created within the target account list
- Pipeline and win-rate lift in ABM accounts versus comparable non-ABM accounts
- Buying group coverage key personas reached and multi-threaded per account
- Expansion pipeline generated in named installed-base accounts
- Sales adoption: the share of reps actively running the plays you build
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years in B2B marketing with 2+ years running account based marketing programs, ideally for enterprise or strategic segments.
- Hands-on with the ABM and signal stack (intent, de-anonymization, orchestration, CRM, and marketing automation) and comfortable building in them yourself.
- Genuinely sales-adjacent. You like being in account planning meetings, you take feedback from reps seriously, and you measure yourself by what closes.
- Domain fit preferred: experience selling to pre-sales, revenue, or marketing leaders.
- AI-forward: you use AI fluently for account research, personalization at scale, and analysis.
- Evidence over assertion: you set targets, measure honestly, and kill plays that don't work.
- A sharp writer who can personalize without sounding like a mail merge.
- Scrappy and resourceful; this program doesn't exist yet, and you're excited about that.
- A strong partner and collaborator who's trusted cross-functionally — and who likes to have fun (a good sense of humor is a must).
